  • Method of Sale:  Property will be offered in 1 Parcel.
  • 20% Deposit required day of auction with the signing of a Lashley Land and Recreational Brokers, Inc. purchase agreement.
  • Cash or Certified Funds due upon closing, which is to be on or before Monday, August 12, 2013.
  • Buyer to receive all of Landlord's share of 2013 crop income.
  • TAXES:  All 2012 and prior years Real Estate and Water Taxes to be paid by the sellers.  All 2013 taxes to be paid by the buyer.
  • Seller to convey title by warranty deed.  A title insurance commitment showing good merchantable title will be provided prior to Auction for inspection.  The cost of title insurance and escrow closing fees to be divided equally between buyer and seller.
