This is a horse lover's dream. The indoor arena measures 136' x 275' with 15 permanent horse stalls equipped with automatic waters and feed racks, and these stalls also have doors that lead to outdoor runs. There are several nice portable canvas stalls. There is a tack room, and office, concession stand (kitchen), mens/womens restrooms with showers. Upstairs is an annoucing stand with stereo equipment and sound system. There is an unfinished room upstairs with apartment potential. The 1st class outdoor arena has an enclosed announcers stand. A great residence that includes a swimming pool and huge yard. The house is 1st class construction. The meadow has a warm water slough that could be developed for waterfowl hunting.
