| I have hunted this ranch for over 25 years. I can tell you first hand that this is one tremendous piece of Nebraska Pine Ridge property. The Merriams Turkey hunting is spectacular. I've seen elk, mule deer and white-tailed deer on several occasions. There is live water and a fish pond. The ranch is very well developed with access throughout. There is power adjacent to the public road making it easy to build on. Heavily wooded with Ponderosa Pine trees makes for great wildlife habitat. There is lots of history in this area with 1800's conflicts with the Sioux Indian Nation and the U.S. Calvary. |
