According to Jay, “Everyone thinks of Nebraska as being flat with cornfields. We really don’t have a flat place on this land. There are hills and canyons and box canyons…it’s just unbelievable country.
It amazes me every time I go out in these hills. There are places that in the next 10 years I probably won’t even get to. There are a lot of places where the only way to get to it is on foot. You can’t ride your horse there and none of the four-wheelers can get there. You have to venture out there on foot.”
The 2 story house on the ranch is a magnificent 7,825 sq. ft. structure that is nothing short of 1st class. This modern home has all the amenities.
