These are corn fields with the potential to kill hundreds of geese every year! This is one of the best waterfowl areas in Nebraska! One pivot is 250 acres and one is 135 acres.

A package deal may be possible if both are leased by the same person or persons.

4000 acres of grass and cropland within 1/4 mile of the Republican River. Located about 12 miles outside of McCook Ne.

Here is a nice mixed bag lease with a comfortable 2 bedroom house on the place.

Approximately 400 acres irrigated and 400 dry cropland. The balance is upland grass that supports a good herd of Mule deer. The bottom land and wooded area holds whitetails. Turkeys are also present, along with good populations of pheasant.

13 miles North of Henry Nebraska is 10,000 acres of wide open prairie. With high buttes and ridges, deep canyons and rolling hills this ranch is a great place to find mule deer. There are pivots to the north and south of this ranch where the deer feed and then they bed in the hills on this ranch. The owner says hunters may take 2 bucks and 2 does. There have been some nice mule deer taken off this ranch in the past. Take a look at the pictures and see if Sioux County Mulies will be the place you find your special mule deer.

Lodging in Torrington Wy{25 miles SW from ranch} or Morrill Ne{25 miles SE from ranch}

6 miles SE of Callaway Ne is 480 acres of cedar canyons and small meadows. Deer and Turkey abound. Nice seclude spot with lots of trees, this property is adjacent to the river, while the river does not run through this property there is a small pond to hold wildlife. Great deer and turkey spot for 2 or 3. Nearest hotels would be Arnold (26 miles) and Broken Bow (25 miles).

The duck hunting here is absolutely incredible. You will get a few geese, but this creek is mostly ducks!!
